manual or automatic mustang for daily driving, genuinely torn

ok i've been going back and forth on this for like two weeks now and i think i just need outside opinions at this point because my brain keeps flip flopping every single day. looking at buying a used mustang, found two options i like, one's a manual one's an automatic, pretty much same age same mileage same price too which honestly isn't helping me decide since if one was clearly cheaper i'd probably just go with that lol. everyone i ask has a strong opinion but it feels like nobody's actually owned both to compare, it's more just repeating stuff they read somewhere. my uncle's had a bunch of muscle cars over the years and swears manuals last longer because less electronics to mess up, but he'll also admit he's never actually owned a mustang specifically so idk how much that really applies here. meanwhile a guy at work has the automatic version and says his has literally never given him a single issue and he loves not dealing with a clutch in traffic, which honestly hits different for me because my commute is like 40 minutes of stop and go most days and the idea of working a clutch pedal that whole time kind of sounds miserable not gonna lie. was doing more digging last night and ended up reading through some stuff from expert mustang gearbox specialists in sharjah just trying to get a more grounded take instead of random forum opinions or a sales guy just trying to close whatever deal is in front of him regardless of what actually fits my situation. still stuck though. has anyone here actually owned both at some point and can honestly say which one gave you fewer headaches long term, not just the generic "manuals are simpler" line everyone repeats without backing it up. also does daily commuting specifically change the answer for you guys, since this is gonna be my actual daily car not just a weekend thing, feels like that changes the math a bit compared to someone buying purely for fun driving on open roads
